Construction of health resorts
During the last five years, MINSTROY takes an active part in construction of hotels and facilities in the Bulgarian
health resorts. For that period of time, the company has completed reconstruction
and building works amounting 200 000 sq.m.
Health resort Saint Elias
- Hotel Rusalka – 1 420 sq.m
- Hotel Dolphin – 13 140 sq.m
- Hotel Lebed – 7 542 sq.m
- Hotel Rubin – 19 260 sq.m
- Hotel Dolphin Marina – 14 750 sq.m
- Grand Hotel Varna – 25 240 sq.m – reconstructed and renovated

Health resort Pamporovo
- Hotel Persenk – Pamporovo, situated in the biggest mountain resort in Bulgaria.
The capacity of the hotel is 150 beds.
Health resort Sunny beach
- Vacation resort Paradise Beach - five four-floored hotels with multifunctional
building, swimming-pools, tennis courts, elevator tower, and servicing buildings
- totalal area of 21 866 sq.m
- Apartment complex Semiramida Garden - on the area of the complex, which is 6491
sq.m., are built two buildings: block À (seven floors) 7384 sq.m and block B (five
floors) 4160 sq.m. The complex has 123 apartments that are luxury equiped and
finished in phase "key-in-hand". Additional facilities as lobby bar, two outdoor

- Rosenetz Residence - Renovation and reconstruction of 3 storey building. The
building consists of a basement, ground floor and hotel storey. There is a swimming-pool

Devin
- Reconstruction and modernization of SPA Complex Orpheus in the town of Devin,
comprised of five storey hotel, balneology and eleven storey hotel - 210 rooms
and apartments in total. SPA. The built up area is 5906 sq.m and the total built
up area is 24587 sq.m. The complex has indoors and outdoors swimming-pools, and

The current projects of MINSTROY are:
- Semiramida Garden - Varna: Residential building with offices, shops and underground parking lot in the
center of the city of Varna. The building is developed in four sections. The ground
floor is designed for shops. Separate entrances lead to the office floor and the
residential part of the building. The built up area is 1486 sq.m, and the total

- Semiramida Garden - Borovetz: The project consists of three residential and one hotel building, connected
with low two storey buildings. The build up area is 4236 sq.m and the total built
