Description |
The rehabilitation cånter SPA complex Orpheus - Devin is successor of the famous
balneo-sanatorium Devin that was functional since 1974 ã. to the middle '90s.
Minstroy carried out reconstruction, modernization and equipment of the complex.
The rehabilitation cånter SPA complex Orpheus is situated in the center of the
town of Devin with total built up area of 17 500 sq.m. The total area of the complex
is 25 000 sq.m.
The complex consists of five storey hotel - 5 stars, eleven storey hotel - 4
stars, balneology, external restaurant, bar, barbeque spot, amphitheater, as well
as green area with alleys and swimming pool. Both hotels are connected with the
balneology that has most contemporary SPA equipment. The balneology is supplied
with mineral water from the town of Devin and the Bedinski mineral baths. The
hotel complex has 210 rooms and apartments with 420 beds. All of them are luxury
furnished and equiped.
The balneology allows the conduction of most contemporary methods and programs
for rehabilitation and recreation.
Balneo procedures:
Waterhealing bath-thubs, lye and mud healing - Egypt bath, bubble-thubs, indoors
swimming pool, therapeutical pool, sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, solarium,
vibrosauna, inhalations, fitness canter, physiotheraputical procedures, massage,
and medical consulting rooms. |

Technical data |
The construction is scaffolding with trimmer joists, kept after the reconstruction.
The roofs are entirely new and the building in insulated. | |
