Description |
Aparttment and hotel complex Semiramida Garden - Borovetz iis situated in Giurovi
Gradini area in the health resort Borovets.
The complex comprises of 5 stars hotel and three residential buildings connected
with low two storey buildings. The total built up area is 21 731 sq.m.
The residentail part consists of 153 apartments for seasonal exploitation as
the floorage of the apartments is from 58 sq.m to 120 sq.m.
The hotel includes 48 rooms, 14 apartments, 3 studios and well developed SPA
center. The SPA center consists of swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, contrast
swimming pool, bubble tubes, fitness center, health massage and cosmetics, vertical
and horizontal solarium, physiotherapy.
There are two storey underground parking lot with 77 car places. The plans of
the building provide area of greenery in the south yard. |

Technical data |
The residential complex is built up with monolyth steel-concrete construction
without trimmer joists. The outer walls are made from 25 sm bricks, faced with
insolation, wood and stone. The inner walls (12 and 25 sm) are made from bricks
and the other ones (10 and 12,5 sm) are made from pasteboard-stucco.
The roofs are tiled and inclined of 60° and 33°. |
